Is my data stored anywhere?
No. Your receipt data is processed on-the-fly and never stored on our servers unless you create an account. Everything stays in your browser session and disappears when you close the tab.
What file types are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, and PDF files up to 10MB. For best results, use a clear photo or scan with the receipt details fully visible. Multi-page PDFs are supported — the AI reads the first page for extraction.
How accurate is the AI categorization?
Accuracy depends on receipt quality, but the AI correctly categorizes 85–95% of standard business receipts. You can always edit any field — just click on the extracted value to correct it before exporting.
Can I upload multiple receipts at once?
Batch upload (multiple receipts at once), running expense totals, and monthly summaries are available with a BizStackHub Premium subscription. Single receipt scanning is always free.
