Each data category has a defined refresh cadence (weekly to quarterly) based on how frequently that data changes. Pricing is checked monthly; directory listings weekly.
When vendors announce pricing changes, feature releases, or acquisitions, we update affected pages within 72 hours — regardless of the scheduled cycle.
Ratings and comparisons are editorial opinions based on public information. Vendors cannot pay to change ratings. Sponsored content is always labeled.
Ratings are synthesized from G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and user feedback. We don't collect reviews directly — we aggregate and editorially assess what exists.
Users can flag stale or incorrect data using the button below. Reported issues are reviewed within 5 business days and corrected if verified.
