16. Vendor Information
By listing on BizStackHub's B2B Vendor Marketplace, vendors consent to the following:
- Publication of business contact information: Vendor profile data β including business name, description, category, location, website, and contact email β will be published publicly on the BizStackHub Marketplace and may be indexed by search engines.
- Receiving inquiries from potential customers: Vendors consent to receiving inquiry messages submitted by platform users through vendor profiles. Inquiry messages include the sender's name, email address, company name (if provided), and message content.
- Email notifications: Vendors with active listings will receive email notifications when inquiries are submitted to their profile, as well as periodic summary and performance emails (for Premium and Spotlight tier listings). Vendors may manage notification preferences in their dashboard.
- Profile analytics: BizStackHub may track and display aggregate profile view counts and inquiry counts to vendors through their dashboard. This data is not shared with third parties.

17. AI Training Data
AI-generated outputs are based on training data that has a knowledge cutoff date and may not reflect current conditions. Time-sensitive information (regulations, incentive programs, market data, filing deadlines) should always be verified against current authoritative sources.
